1 – First, We Listen
To build a home that works for you, we need to know your vision. What have you always wanted in a home? Your concepts, tastes and comforts will serve as our beacon.We invite you to observe your family’s daily routine.
- Do you eat breakfast on the go or around the table?
- Is relaxation about a wide-screen TV, a piano, a game room or a chaise lounge by the pool?
- Do you take long showers or prefer to soak in a jetted tub?
- Does the cook in the family envision both an indoor and outdoor kitchen?
- Do you require space for fitness equipment or a garage for your golf cart?
- Do you have kids? Like to entertain? Require a home office?
Your floor plan will arise from this real-life study, resulting in a home that fits your unique lifestyle.
2 – We Draw the Plans
You’ll talk with our team or show them plans you have already commissioned. We’ll meet, talk, review and revise. We want to be sure your home makes the best use of the site and maximizes views of the surrounding terrain – all while delivering an inviting floor plan to suit your particular lifestyle. Very soon, you’ll have your initial plan, which we’ll work on together to mold and refine until you’re thrilled.3 – You Select the Details
You’ll sit down with experts from our in-house design department to select all the details: flooring, tiles, colors and finishes that match your sense of home. Every selection is itemized and shared with our design/build team so there is never any question or confusion to impact the budget or timeline for your project.If you have an existing relationship with another designer, we’re happy to assist and coordinate with your trusted advisor. To spare you the hold-ups and costs so common in custom builds, we make sure that every detail is accounted for, and every decision made, before the first stone is set.
4 – We Execute the Plan
By this stage in the process, a clear plan is in place. All details are accounted for, and you are free to sit back and relax as your home takes shape. Of course, we’ll keep you in the loop at every stage and arrange a few well-timed walkthroughs to show progress and answer any questions. You can visit the building site as often as you like, or delegate the whole process to us with total peace of mind.We anticipate and accommodate for any issues related to the site or natural terrain. We manage all zoning and building codes, orders and deliveries, the permitting process and dozens of skilled craftsman that build your home from the ground up.
