We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the home you built for us. It is perfect in every regard and it was a pleasure working with your team.
From the chance meeting with you, through the contracting, designing, and construction process we had a sense of the honesty and integrity with which you do business. Our instincts were right. Not only do you hold yourself to the highest standards, but your staff has those same values. This was a big step for us, building our retirement home long distance and dealing with someone we had met in person but one time. Working with Angel to design the house to our specifications and to accommodate our mother was a pleasure. The things we did not think of, Angel did. She brought professionalism, expertise, and a sincere desire to give us what we wanted. Working with Jennifer on the selections was a god-send. She shared her opinion when asked, but more so she gave us the confidence we needed to a make sure our selections were smart and blended with our needs. There is not one of our selections we would change. Karen was kind and friendly and treated us as if we were old friends each time we called and she very effectively put us in touch with you or your staff as appropriate. John, your superintendent, assured us upon our first meeting the house would be beautiful and that he would oversee each detail. He certainly lived up to his promise. Haley has been so responsive and organized and her knowledge has assured us the post closing process is in excellent hands.
To think only 10 months ago we were living in Florida, looking at homes in Georgetown, Texas is amazing. To know that you delivered our dream home to us in 8.5 months with only 2 trips from Florida for selections and landscaping is beyond belief, but it is true. Thank you seems inadequate but we mean if from our hearts. Should you ever need a recommendation or need us to reassure someone long distance that they are working with an honest, knowledgeable builder with personal and professional integrity, do not hesitate to call on us.
